Last week the REALTOR Foundation Board made the decision to issue emergency grant money to two organizations affected by flooding. It turns out that FEMA doesn't cover non profit losses. The hundreds of millions of dollars of damage in central Indiana is going to take some time to fix but we hope this is a step in the right direction. It felt really good to be able to help, even just a little.

What can you do to help? Make a donation to the Foundation or participate in one of the many food and clothing drives around town. There are so many in need right now and we all need to do our part to get our local economy back on track.
